I hope that you love your new purchase and are very happy with what you receive. If you are not then I am happy to offer a refund, please get in touch within 14 days from the dispatch date.
If 14 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To process your refund, Please email hello@francis-louice.com with your reason to return along with your order number.
Once your return is authorised, I must receive your return within 4 days for your return to be eligible
To be eligible for a return, your item and gift box must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if it is still useable.
Items can only be returned if they were purchased from this website.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
You will receive a full refund of your original purchase minus the original postage cost.
I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item, so please make sure you obtain proof of postage and send using a secure insured service as I cannot be held responsible for lost packages
Please note, return postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item or it is damaged.
If you notice that your order is damaged, please contact me straight away and send photographs of the damaged packaging, so I can see what went wrong.
Bespoke orders - Due to the nature of bespoke, unfortunately these can not be returned. Unless they are faulty.
